A balanced combination of the bitterness of Unaju Mandarin Rosemary and the vegetal side of London gin.
Ingredients

• Gin .... 40 ml
• Unaju Mandarin Rosemary .... 200 ml
• 2 springs of rosemary
• 1 dessert spoon of lime
• Zest of organic tangerine
Preparation
—
• Fill a glass with ice cubes
• Pour the ingredients into the glass
• Stir with a bar spoon to create frost
• Add a zest of organic tangerine and the sprigs of rosemary
